THE GIST
It's pretty simple - yet quite comprehensive all at the same time. Nick (the Petticrew dude) brings several years of experience drawing out digital problems and solutions for large to small sized consumer goods, technology companies, online enterprises and digital apps/products. Today, he's primarily dedicated on how user journeys are defined and solved. The user must have an experience that generates buzz, profit, functionality and efficiency. Design plays a key role in this. Weather if it's on a touch screen at the mall, or an iPad, a site on a browser, or a navigation system in the car - it has to strive and be adaptable.Defining User Experiences.

He's focused on our clients business goals very closely. Studying all technical constraints and develop an actionable roadmap that drives the design process.
